Why would anybody vote for a contract that has the older workers working on the line till they retire? With this one they now have no chance of getting off the line to take the good jobs, housekeping,maintance without a huge pay cut. Quesitons about more possible rumors.

I have heard a few things regarding the temps at General Motors. There is a rumor going around that the ones that are still there are going to get hired in. Is the news and other resources true or is this once again just getting people's hopes up. Asking because I am a wife of a temp employee, who has been there over a year.
